By entering, you agree to these Official Rules.

1. Sponsor

Ecnoy, LLC, doing business as Ecnoy & Company (“Sponsor”), 834-F South Perry Street #418, Castle Rock, CO 80104-8750.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Not eligible: employees, officers, members, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, including affiliates and brand partners of Sponsor, and the immediate family members and household members of each. “Immediate family” means parent, child, sibling, or spouse, regardless of where they live. “Household member” means any person sharing the same residence for at least three (3) months of the year, whether related or not.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

Entries are accepted beginning July 26, 2026 at 3:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time and ending July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Daylight Time. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Leave one (1) comment on the designated Giveaway Post within the Ecnoy and Company VIP Facebook group during the Entry Period.

One (1) entry per person. Multiple comments from the same entrant will be counted as a single entry. Entries submitted by any automated means are void.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries submitted through fake, duplicate, automated, business, or alternate Facebook accounts created to increase chances of winning.

No purchase, payment, subscription, share, or tag is required to enter or to win.

5. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) personally engraved Mint 40 oz Stanley Quencher tumbler, one (1) Ecnoy Mindy Shimmer boot from the LUXE Collection™, and one (1) matching Mindy Shimmer bow accessory included as a gift. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $125.00.

The prize is not transferable. No cash alternative will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

The tumbler included in the prize has been personally engraved and is not sold in its engraved form by Sponsor. Engraving and any other customization voids the tumbler manufacturer’s warranty. The prize is provided as-is, and Sponsor makes no warranty of any kind regarding the prize.

Prize ships within the United States only. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on August 1, 2026, using Wheel of Names (wheelofnames.com). Sponsor will record the drawing and may share the recording for transparency and promotional purposes. The random drawing is final and binding in all respects.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by reply to their entry comment and by Facebook message within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. The winner must respond and provide their full name and United States mailing address within five (5) days of the first notification attempt.

Sponsor is not responsible for Facebook messages that are filtered, blocked, or otherwise not received by the winner.

If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by entering, you consent to Sponsor announcing the winner by the Facebook display name associated with the entry, within the Ecnoy and Company VIP Facebook group. The winner’s legal name, mailing address, and any other information provided to claim the prize will not be published.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected from the winner will be used solely for administering this Sweepstakes, fulfilling the prize, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Information will not be sold or shared except as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes or as required by law.

11. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.

12. Marketing

Entering this Sweepstakes does not subscribe you to Ecnoy marketing email. You will receive marketing email only if you separately and affirmatively opt in.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant before awarding the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning.

Sponsor shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to acts beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, labor disputes, governmental action, internet or platform outages, or other force majeure events.

All Sweepstakes content, including graphics, text, and branding, remains the property of Sponsor.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any claim, liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Sweepstakes or your acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, except where such claim results from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Released Party.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or not received for any reason; any failure, interruption, or unavailability of Facebook or any network, server, or platform; any error in the administration of the Sweepstakes; or any prize that is lost, damaged, or delayed in shipment.

In no event will the Released Parties be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Released Parties is limited to the actual retail value of the prize.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the prize is provided as-is, that engraving voids the manufacturer’s warranty, and that the winner assumes all risk associated with the use of the prize.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Colorado. By entering, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on venue or forum.

Each party is responsible for its own attorneys’ fees and costs. Any claim must be brought individually, and not as part of a class or representative action.

16. Winners List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address in Section 1 within sixty (60) days after the drawing, or email hello@ecnoy.com with the subject line “Giveaway Winner Request.” Sponsor will provide the winner’s first name and last initial only.

17. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants provide their information to Ecnoy, LLC and not to Meta.
